About Us

Theodora Vita is a licensed Tax Consultant registered with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI). We provide integrated services, including tax consultations, annual and monthly tax return (SPT) reporting, tax management, financial statement preparation, and training. We also provide bookkeeping services using Mekari Jurnal accounting software for Indonesian clients and Xero and QuickBooks for global clients. Committed to data confidentiality and legal compliance, we serve individuals and businesses throughout Indonesia and remote locations globally.

Founder Profile

My name is Theodora Vita, and I am the Founder and Principal Tax Consultant at Kantor Konsultan Pajak Theodora Vita.  With over 9 years of experience in taxation, financial reporting, and internal audit, I enjoy helping business owners stay compliant, understand their numbers, and build stronger financial systems for better decision-making.

Earlier in my career, I was regularly trusted with stock opnames, inventory reconciliations, daily cash monitoring, and internal control improvements, which helped me develop a strong sense of accuracy, reliability, and financial discipline. I later worked at a tax consulting firm, serving clients from various industries, such as manufacturing, F&B, hospitality, education, healthcare, professional, and SMEs. My work covered full-cycle tax compliance, financial statement preparation, bookkeeping reviews, and tax risk analysis. These combined experiences shape the way I work today: detail-oriented, structured, and solution-focused.

To enhance my professional capabilities, I hold licenses as a Tax Consultant and Tax Court Attorney issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, and I continuously upgrade my skills to keep up with regulatory and industry developments.
